ABSTRAK: PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER WARGA NEGARA DIGITAL SEBAGAI INSTRUMEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI WARGA NEGARA DI ERA DIGITAL

Abtract

Digital era is a new term used to describe the information and technology embraces in all aspect of lifes. Study on digital citizenship provides the influences of internet in humankind life. Furthermore, Improvement in fostering technology is needed to enhance the learning methosd in addressing the citizenship education. This acrticle mentions that participation of citizen in developmental programs of government must be respected and engaged in appropriate ways. This article also stresses that citizen and government must be interlinked with the others supported by technology in order to foster good participation.
